1.This series of vacuum tube sealing machine/system is mainly used to realize the anaerobic and water-free vacuum sealing preservation of samples and high temperature solid phase synthesis. The whole system is composed of vacuum tube sealing machine, hydrogen oxygen machine, molecular pump system, quartz tube, connection joint, etc. The standardized custom quartz tube and quartz column ensure the accurate matching of other specially designed pipe joints. This further improves the sealing of the quartz tube and achieves a higher standard of vacuum sealing.
2.The quartz tube sealing machine is designed as a vertical structure, the quartz tube is fixed vertically, the upper end is fixed by dynamic seal, the upper end fixing device and the lower end supporting device are designed as shaft linkage design, and the upper and lower can rotate synchronously. The lower end support mechanism can be adjusted up and down according to actual needs. The bottom of the support platform is curved and can be fitted with the bottom of the quartz tube, and the quartz tube is single-end sealed. The rotating platform under the unit is equipped with four heating units that can be used to heat the sample before sealing the tube.
3.The insulation material is high purity alumina fiber with good insulation performance. The heating wire is placed inside the thermal insulation material, the whole adsorption molding, beautiful appearance, energy saving and environmental protection.
